From the garden to the table

What's on our table?

Our spread-style village breakfast is served from 08:00 to 13:00. There is no rush to leave; the tea keeps coming.

To keep the quiet we are known for, we keep our tables few.

Ask availability

Tea from the pot

Tea brewed slowly in the pot, in no hurry. Coffee for those who prefer it.

Vegetables from the garden

Tomatoes, cucumbers and seasonal greens picked from our own garden.

Homemade jams

Fig, cornelian cherry, watermelon rind and walnut jam, depending on the season.

Olives

The natural flavours of the North Aegean; green, black and cracked olives.

Eggs & sucuk

Eggs with sucuk (Turkish sausage), omelette and menemen — hot from the pan.

Hot dishes

Fried potatoes, pişi (fried dough) and gözleme (thin village flatbread); portions with nothing arranged for show.

Lunch & dinner

A kitchen in the cool of the Mıhlı

The kitchen doesn't close when breakfast ends. Gözleme, home cooking and the grill through the day; in the evening, long tables within the sound of the stream.

  • Gözleme: minced meat, cheese, spinach or potato
  • Home cooking: seasonal vegetables and casseroles
  • Grills and köfte
  • Seasonal salads with greens from the garden
