The Talya Story

People don't come here only to stay the night

They come to listen to the water, to slow down in the shade of the trees, and to talk for hours. We have been doing the same thing for years: we show you to your pitch, set the table, then step aside.

The road down from Adatepe's stone streets meets the Mıhlı stream at Ortadeğirmen. Talya is right there, beneath the old plane trees, at the water's edge. Today you can park your caravan in that same garden, pitch your tent, or stay in one of our ready-pitched tents — and in the morning the same table is waiting for you.

What's on our table?

Everything that reaches the table begins its story in the garden, a few steps away.

  • Tea brewed slowly in the pot, in no hurry
  • Tomatoes and vegetables picked from our own garden
